Cold. Arguably bi-sexual and/or celibate. The very essence of ennui. And a rather attractive horse. With a nice ass. Click for the full 28 minute episode, contains the bonus short “Prickle ‘Reviews’ Pirates of the Caribbean 2”. (69 cents – get it?): iPod, Windows Media

Named by PC World magazine as one of the 10 Best Tech Fake-Outs of all time, a list that included such ubiquitous greats as Alien Autopsy and Steorn. Notable folks who have stepped in as the role of “quietly agonized professor” include New-Media/Environmental artist Brett Stalbaum and “father of hacktivism” Ricardo Dominguez. It has been performed nearly a dozen times now, always to groups of freshmen who are unaware of the scam, making them stare like rabbits in the headlights at the technology demo horror unfolding & melting down before them.

This was the third episode, featuring America’s favorite (only?) inappropriate banana slug from the East Coast, often considered to be the most universal of smups, i.e. “that’s the voice that’s in my head as I walk around city streets”. There’s a German word (which I forget) meaning “joy at the misery of others”, which might apply to Al, though he’s also infinitely chummy in his cruelties, like most of us.
